The Commission receives your complaint and reviews whether it describes possible misconduct it can act on.
If it does, the attorney is asked to respond and the Commission investigates.
The Commission decides whether to dismiss the complaint or bring a disciplinary case.
If a case is brought, the Grievance Administrator prosecutes it before the Attorney Discipline Board, which hears and decides it.
