The Commission receives your complaint as a formal report.
The commissioners review and investigate the allegation.
They vote on whether the report shows misconduct. At least two of the three commissioners must agree.
If they find misconduct, the Commission files with the Supreme Court, recommends a punishment, and the Grievance Administrator prosecutes the case.
